Client was stopped for allegedly turning to avoid a checkpoint. Motion filed and DUI case was dismissed. Case was resolved for a non-alcohol, non-priorable related charge with a $250.00 fine. Client avoided having a DUI on his record and, as the case was in Alameda county, the resulting IID installation.
