Second Offense DUI with Probation Violation
February 2015
In 2011, S.A. was convicted of a DUI in Alameda County and placed on three years of Probation. Eleven days before Probation ended, in late 2014, S.A. was arrested in Alameda County for a second offense DUI. A breath test revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.08%. The Alameda Co. District Attorney filed DUI charges against S.A., as well as filing a Probation Violation.
Charges reduced to (dry) reckless driving, and I won S.A.'s Administrative Per Se hearing with the Department of Motor Vehicles, thereby avoiding a one year driver license suspension.
Court: Alameda County Superior Court
